Working principle
Two-dimensional mixing machine is mainly composed of drum, swing frame, and rack three parts. The drum is installed on the swing frame, and it is supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two retainer wheels. Among the four support rollers, two of the driving wheels are driven by a rotation power system to rotate the drum; the swing frame is driven by a set of crank rocker mechanism, and the crank rocker mechanism is installed on the rack, while the swing frame is supported by a bearing assembly on the rack.

Characteristics
The drum of EW two-dimensional mixing machine can move in the two forms at the same time, namely, one is the rotation of the drum, and the other is the swing of the drum with the swing frame. While the mixed materials rotate, flip and blend inside the drum with the drum, such materials are mixed to the left and right as the drum swings, and under the joint action of such two movements, the materials are fully mixed in a short period of time. EW two-dimensional mixing machine is suitable for mixing all of powder and granular materials.
